Refund Policy

Here at Fortune Forty Six, we are confident that you will be extremely happy with your new purchase. However, should you find yourself unsatisfied with your product, you may return it to ourselves, unused and within 14 days to receive a full refund (Via your payment method).

All we need from you is an email to let us know that you’d like a refund, we will then get the ball rolling and make this process as stress free as possible for you. One thing we do like to know is why you have chosen to return the item and this isn’t to make you feel bad, we promise. It is just peace of mind for us to know that we are keeping on top of our customer service and more importantly, listening to our customers for future improvements.

VERY IMPORTANT: We ask that all returns are sent back to us with the tracking and ‘signature required’ delivery method in case of loss, damage etc. Customers are responsible for the postage costs for returns and exchanges.

We understand that purchasing an item for yourself or as a gift can be a little overwhelming (especially when you have a fussy character to buy for), which is why we would like to make your experience with us as smooth as possible. If you find that you have purchased a product in error or would like to swap the item for another product, we are more than happy to exchange the purchase for you. In this circumstance, please return the unwanted product within 14 days so that we can complete the exchange at the soonest opportunity.

VERY IMPORTANT: For returns and exchanges outside of the United Kingdom customers must be fully responsible for costs and additional fees – such as taxes, custom and duties etc.

Worried about your watch breaking? Well, we are here to reassure you that you needn’t be worried at all. We have a 24 hour customer care team that will ensure you receive the best possible service, even after you have purchased your Fortune Forty Six watch.

Each watch is issued with a 1 year warranty period. This covers any material or manufacturing defects that you may notice at the point of receiving your watch. After showing a proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge.

You Fortune Forty Six warranty will cover you for:

  • Material or mechanical defects upon arrival
  • Lifetime battery – We will never let your ticker stop and so if your battery does die then we will change it for you OR send you a new one, which ever option you prefer (Please see notes below for additional information)
  • Any faults with the leather straps
  • One FREE pair of sunglasses for leaving us an awesomely positive review on our Facebook page & Website after purchasing your very own Fortune Forty Six watch. Please email us at after you have done this so that we can send you a pair! *colours will be subject to availability*

The stuff your Fortune Forty Six warranty doesn’t cover you for:

  • Normal wear and tear of the Face, straps and buckle.
  • Damage from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care or negligence (Please see point below for a heads up)
  • Drunkenly swinging your arms into random objects/people, drunkenly falling over OR drunkenly trying to fight a Kangaroo.
  • Scratching or Smashing the toughened glass face to bits
  • Damages caused by third party (For example – battery replacement, repairs, services or other alterations)
  • Loss or theft

Please note:

–  Each watch has a different natural wood grain and so this will not be covered under warranty

– Should customers wish to send us back their watch in order to change the battery after the warranty period expires, then they are responsible for postage costs. However, the battery will still remain FREE of charge. All customers still under warranty will have postage reimbursed – please keep hold of your proof of postage. *For more information please visit our returns page*

If you need to send your watch to us for repair then please email the following details to

  • Full details of the fault
  • A picture of the product
  • Proof of purchase details

Once we have all of the information we need and can see that you are still covered, we will endeavour to repair your watch and get it back to you as quickly as possible. This is usually within 14 workings day. Please return the watch only to us in a padded jiffy envelope. Once your watch is feeling spick and span we will salute it and send it on its way back to its rightful owner.

If your battery stops working then have no fear! Simply email us at to let us know. We offer a lifetime battery service which will keep your ticker going. You can either post your watch back to us for servicing OR we can pop a battery in the post free of charge for you to change yourself. It’s completely up to you. We recommend popping your watch only into a padded jiffy bag (don’t worry about sending it back in its original packaging). We will then change the battery and get it sent back to you right away.
