Are the watch straps made of real leather?

Yes, all our watch straps are made of 100% soft genuine leather.

Are the outer cases of the watch real wood?

Yes the outer cases are made by a range of different woods depending on the watch you purchase, we use Natural Bamboo, White Bamboo, Ebony and Rosewood.

Do you offer a warranty?

Fortune offers a year warranty with your watch and this includes the strap also. We have a returns section on our website where you can find out how to return your watch if needed.

Can you replace watch straps?

We can indeed. If you are still under your 1 year warranty then we will replace your straps with a very quick turn around. All we ask is that you post your watch back to us in a Jiffy bag and we’ll take care of the rest!

Do you have alternative strap material for people who don't like leather?

At the moment Fortune does not offer an alternative to the leather strap, but watch this space as we are working on it.

How long will this item take to reach me in the UK?

We send all of our products on a 1st class signed for delivery service via Royal Mail which will usually take 3-5 days. If you have any issues with your delivery please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help you locate your order.

Can you ship to other countries?

Sure thing! We ship FREE of charge on all orders over £60.  Simply select your country option at check out. Also, If there is a large shipment going abroad we can then negotiate a delivery fee with you.

What if I am missing an item from my order?

Here at Fortune we will always endeavour to send you exactly what you ordered, however, should you not receive a product that you were expecting then please email us and we will sort this out promptly.

How do I cancel my order?

If you should change your mind and would like to cancel your order, this is no problem. Simply contact us to let us know as soon as possible. If your product has been engraved then your order would have to be cancelled prior to this process so email us very quickly, otherwise we will not be able to cancel the order. (All items that have been engraved are non-refundable)

How do I track delivery?

We send all of our UK parcels through Royal Mail on a 1st class ‘Signed for’ service. All international parcels are sent VIA a ‘Tracked and signed’ for option. You will be sent a tracking reference to the email address provided with your order. Simply enter your tracking reference online @ and it will tell you where your parcel is located. Any problems contact us via the email address above.

Can I return my goods outside of the UK?

Yes, no problem! However, we do ask that our customers pay for return postage. The same rules apply to the UK.

What delivery times should I expect outside the Uk?

We will always do our best to get your parcel to you within the times below:

5 – 7 working days for USA, Canada and New Zealand. 3 – 5 workings days for Europe. Packages sent via International Tracked and Signed service.

Can you select Next Day delivery outside the UK?

Unfortunately, we are not in the position to be able to do this as of yet. We hope to offer this service very soon.

Do you ship worldwide?

We sure do! We now offer a FREE worldwide delivery service on all orders over £60… Pretty cool eh? We’re all about good vibes and giving you the best customer experience that we can.

Does your brand give to charity?

Hell yeah we do! This was so SO important to us. It’s in our hearts to giveback in any which way that we can and so we are partnered to a beautiful foundation called ‘The Butterfly Tree’.We give them a percentage of every SINGLE sale that we make. Why? because you have to be the change that you want to see in the world.  You can find out more about them on our website.

If Aliens take my watch, will you give me a refund?

I mean…if you can take a picture of the alien as proof, we might consider it but as a general rule we’re going to say no. Unless you bring the alien over to us for a cup of tea and a telepathic chat…then we’ll just give you a watch for being so awesome.

Are the watches sustainably sourced?

Our watches are made in the new district Guangming, Shenzhen, in China. We pride ourselves on our fantastic relationship with our suppliers and their representative, Emma. It is very important to us that our products are made to a very  high standard of quality and our lovely friends never disappoint us! If you would like to see images of where our watches are made then please send us an email and we will be very happy to share this information with you. Our wood is sourced from the Changbai mountains, an absolutely stunning location! You can rest assured that the Chinese government are constantly re planting and replacing every natural source that is used, making our product sustainably sourced.

Can you provide wooden watches with numbers?

At the moment our designs are as seen on our website and we do not offer watches with numbers, however, Fortune is working hard on new designs and if this a popular requirement from our customers it will be something we will look into for our next range.

How much do the watches weigh?

4.5cm watch weighs 0.2kg (200 Grams)
3.5cm watch weighs 0.1 grams (100 Grams)

What are the lengths and measurements of each part?

The watch from end to end measures 22cm (including strap).
We have two watch sizes available in certain ranges, these can be distinguished by the dial size. One has a dial size of 4.5cm (larger) and the other has a dial size of 3.5cm (smaller). If you require any further information then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Are you able to service a watch if it breaks?

If your watch breaks from misuse we may be able to send you a spare part at a cost and delivery charge. We will however see if we can help you in any way to help repair your watch depending on the issue. If the breakage is through a manufacturing fault the watch will then be covered under the 1 year warranty.

What do i do if my watch breaks before the warranty is up and it's not my fault?

If your watch breaks due to a manufacturing fault or defect, you would then be covered under Fortune’s warranty. You would need to contact our customer service team and a representative will be able to issue you a returns authorisation number and instructions on how to return your watch to us for repair or replacement.

Can i exchange my watch if i change my mind?

Yes you can exchange your watch if it is not suitable up to 30 days after your date of purchase. Please note that if your watch has been engraved then we won’t be able to exchange it.

What if my item watch/clothing is faulty?

Well, we do hope this doesn’t happen but on the rare occasion that it should, we will ensure that the problem is resolved quickly. If your product is faulty upon arrival, then please contact us as you will be covered for a year under warranty. We will make this process as stress free as possible for you.

What do I do if my item of clothing doesn't fit - can I exchange?

Yes of course, no problem at all! We want you to feel as comfortable as possible in your Fortune Forty Six clothing so please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your order and we will give you a returns number and instructions on how to return your order.

I am not happy with the engraving I have received, what should I do?

We are proud of our engraving service, however, if you feel like the engraving you have received isn’t good enough, then please let us know and we will see what we can do to sort this for you. The engraving is permanent so we want you to be happy!

My engraving has an error, what should I do?

We copy the exact message written in the text box when your place your order online. This is to prevent any typing errors at our end. Should one of our engravers make a mistake (they will be in the doghouse) please let us know and send us a pic on  and we will make sure it is sorted for you as soon as possible.

Are your watches water proof?

Unfortunately not, however, our watches are splash proof so if you do get caught in a light rain shower then it’s no biggie – Just don’t go chasing waterfalls!

What is your brands mission?

Owwwhh good question! We love this one. Well, our mission was to create a brand that stood out but not in a brash egotistical way, more of a soulful and cool kinda way. We love connecting to our customers on a deeper level and feel like you have been at least one of our watch names at some point in your life. We want to re connect you with the times in your life when you have felt so alive, so purposeful and so passionate about your next venture! Life is happening now! You should never be held back by age, money or time  because you can make everyday beautiful and every second count. You can always be better than yesterday and tomorrow can always be better than today.

Can you tell me more about your battery guarantee?

Of course! If your battery runs out in 2 days, 2 months or 10 years, then we will always replace it for you. This process is very quick and your watch will be back with you in no time. All we ask is that you post your watch back to us and we’ll do the rest. Hurraaah!
